EMB was founded in 1977, since which time it has dealt with the assembling of battery-packs. EMB is among the leading companies in this field. We are active world-wide, presently employing a qualified workforce of over 600 individuals at three plants.

As one of Europe's largest independent assemblers, we work together with renowned suppliers, such as Duracell, Molicel, GP Batteries, Kokam, Mascot, PHET, RRC, Renata, Sanyo, SAFT, Samsung, Panasonic, Varta, Xeno, Yuasa, etc., yet we are entirely independent. We produce for a large number of well-known OEM-customers from a wide range of fields.

Products in line with market conditions require short development times, minimum realisation phases and an optimum cost/benefit ratio. Continuously changing market conditions make it necessary to react fast while complying with the highest quality standards - a daily challenge!

Our company supports you with the designing of new battery-packs, i.e. on request we carry out the development work from the preparation of drawings to pre-production prototypes as well as small-scale production and serial production.

Modernly equipped production facilities assure a maximum of flexible and optimum processing times. In qualified and flexible teamwork with specialists for design, electronics, plastics engineering and stamping engineering, etc, we will plan and realise your battery-pack project too.

Through customized assembling of Lithium-Ion, Lithium, Nickel Cadmium and Nickel-Metal Hydride cylindrical and prismatic cells, we would be glad to solve your particular problems, too.

In over 30 years of assembling (at way over seventy million cells processed per year) we have learned what is important.
